If your Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is still not turning on, we recommend that you try the remaining methods listed below.

Check the charging cable [ Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro not switching on ]

In many cases where the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is not switching on, the issue was with the charging cable rather than the phone. Even in the case of cable, there could be a number of causes for the issue, such as:

Broken cable: It is well known that even the original cables provided in the packaging have a breaking point. It is best to replace a damaged cable as soon as possible.

There is no support for cable: Another common cable issue is when you have recently replaced it but it is not supported by your Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro. Use the original cables that came with your smartphone at all times.

Cable not fitting: This is a common occurrence these days. This can happen with original cables after a long period of use. So, if the charging cable on your Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro is no longer properly fitting, it is best to replace it as soon as possible.

Check Charging adapter

The adapter itself, after the cable, could be the source of the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro not turning on issue. The adapter, like the charging cable, may fail from time to time. When we look at the problem visually, we may not understand it. If the cable is in good shape, the adapter should be tested next.

The simplest way to find out is to experiment with various adapters and see if your Android phone turns on or not. It is always preferable to buy the original supported adapter from the official brand.
