Is Realme Narzo 20 Pro having serious display issues? Users reporting

We can say Realme Narzo 20 Pro is among one of the best mid-range smartphones considering its on-paper specifications but it looks like in real-life usage device owners are facing some serious display related issues. As per a user, there is a problem in his Realme Narzo 20 Pro like screen gets flicker & ghost touching happens while opening Apps. But the same user also highlights that before receiving a recent software update his Realme Narzo 20 pro was working very well without any display issues:
