The following code should help with your sound issues: *#*#6484#*#*. Type the code in your phone dialer, press the call button and wait for a second. Wait for a second and a menu will pop up. In the menu, select Receiver option and tap on it. You should now have no sound coming from your device. Close all of your apps, then reboot your device.

Open the phone dialer app again, and type the code *#*#6484#*#*, now press on the call button wait for a 5 to 10-second FQC test menu will open now select the Receiver option you can hear the sound in your ear speakers or a receiver.

If the above-mentioned troubleshooting steps don’t help, you can try clearing the dialer app cache and data. You should also try using different dialer apps to see if that makes a difference. Such as the Google phone app, etc.
